We aim to process all orders are processed within two (2) business days of being received.

 

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.

All jewellery items are shipped from the United Kingdom, from our business address where the items are securely stored and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Method & Tracking

 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Parcelforce only.

 

UK orders are sent via a signed-for service

International orders are sent via a signed and tracked service
