By purchasing from us or using our website, social media sales channels, or direct ordering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pagal Zalim Jewellery is a UK-based jewellery business selling ready-made and selected customisable jewellery pieces.

Sales are made through:

  • Our website

  • eBay

  • Instagram (including direct message sales)

  • Direct repeat customer orders

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian

3. Products & Descriptions

​

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

Please note:

  • Jewellery is handmade or hand-finished where stated

  • Slight variations may occur due to materials, lighting, or screen display

  • Natural stones or materials may vary slightly in colour, texture, or pattern

These variations are not considered faults.

4. Custom & Personalised Orders

Some items may be advertised as customisable.

For custom or personalised orders:

  • Production will begin once details are agreed

  • Custom orders cannot usually be cancelled once work has started

  • Custom items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders where a genuine pricing error has occurred

Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.

6. Order Acceptance

A contract between you and us is formed when:

  • Your order is accepted, and

  • The item is dispatched

​

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Items are out of stock

  • There is suspected fraud

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • Shipping is not possible to the destination

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Key points:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days

  • Orders are shipped from the UK business location where items are stored

  • UK orders are sent Signed For

  • International orders are sent Tracked and Signed

  • Tracking details are provided in shipping confirmation emails

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This includes:

  • 14-day cancellation rights (where applicable)

  • Return eligibility conditions

  • Faulty item procedures

As all items are sent signed or tracked:
