Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Pagal Zalim.

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. The information below explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK and EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.

Once cancellation is confirmed, items must be returned to us within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet these conditions.

3. Returns on Earrings & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

We understand that purchasing jewellery online is personal, and we aim to be fair and transparent.

Earrings may be returned, provided that:

  • They are unused and unworn

  • They are returned in their original condition and packaging

  • They show no signs of wear, damage, or tampering

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if earrings show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Nisha.davdra@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • As a gesture of goodwill, we refund the original standard shipping cost on accepted returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider

Why we do this

We believe buying jewellery should feel exciting, not risky. Refunding the original shipping cost is our way of being fair, building trust, and helping customers shop with confidence — especially when discovering our brand for the first time.

6. Returning Your Item (Shipping Guidance)

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

 

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred

Please mark returned parcels clearly as “Returned Goods” to help avoid unnecessary charges.

 

8. Non-Receipt of Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

As all orders are sent signed-for (and international orders are tracked and signed), delivery confirmation will be used to verify receipt.

  • Reason for return
